From the Founder + CEO

Grow Lead Inspire is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit movement committed to the empowerment and evolution of young women around the globe. GLI supports a holistic approach to helping diverse young women embrace the fullest, most authentic versions of themselves through purpose and overall wellness. I founded Grow Lead Inspire as a 22-year-old who saw my community’s need for experience, accessibility, representation, and innovation. Since, I’ve discovered the endless possibilities for changing lives beyond my community by positively impacting girls and women everywhere through content, curated events, and community.

GLI Reignite Summit is a one-day event designed to empower minority girls aged 13-17. Join us for a transformative experience centered around our core values: faith, self-discovery, leadership, empowerment, and mentorship.
